Dennis Reed has over three decades of successful business experience spanning the country in industries as diverse as retail merchandise, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and finance. This wide range of experience has given him an body of knowledge and set of skills designed to benefit his clients in every aspect of their wealth management needs.

As a young boy in small town, Dennis delivered papers, mowed lawns and then moved up to working in the local gas station. At 15, his mother married a farmer and his focus shifted to cattle and dry land farming. This is where he learned to have a passion for fixing anything that is broken. As a businessman, he knows that Ben Franklin was right when he said, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

Having worked in manufacturing in the aviation, automotive and marine fields, Dennis understands the role finance plays in that part of the business world as well. He took those experiences and applied them to real estate development, mortgage and construction lending and retail banking.

In addition, Dennis has recently worked as a tax preparer at H&R Block, volunteers at the West Plains Chamber of Commerce, has been a past president and  member of the Davenport  Lions Club, The Davenport Chamber of Commerce and The Economic Development Committee. Dennis was a spearhead in attracting interest in Eastern Washington for the Coal Fired Steam Plant and The Supercollider Research Project which spun off many positive growth projects in the region. Together with his wife Dawna, is the proud parent of two great (now adult) kids.

He is now working as a Financial Advisor in Wealth Management at Independent Wealth Connections. He is applying his knowledge, experience and passion to helping business owners, real estate developers and wealthy families with all aspects of their assets and investments; liability management; risk assessments; and trust, estate and fiduciary strategies.
